I have lived on Oahu for 7 years. I am from Virginia born and raised, but moved here from Colorado. I sold it all to live here years ago and was working myself into the ground which lead me to this self care journey. I started my mobile practice in '22 after my massage education/journey healed my personal fear of touching people and being touched sensitivities.
Learning about the Human Anatomy, Intentional Touch, and Self Love has been wondrous! Taking care of your own health is important and helping people directly, I shine as a therapist. As humans in the workforce, much of the work being done today involves admin work, screens, emails, keyboards, in addition to bodies in repetitive motion like our construction workers and most in addition to our daily job we have a workout regimen we need reset from. Massage therapy plays a wellness role by allowing me to be a force for good in people’s lives. If you have been curious about massage, or just want to add another bodyworker to your contacts... I would be honored to share what modality could work best for you.
