Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are:

24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged 50% of the full amount of your appointment. This charge must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

Types of Mobile Massage Therapy offered:

Swedish -- Most common modality; employs long strokes and is very relaxing.  Excellent for stress reduction.

Deep Tissue -- Focuses on specific areas of tenderness, pain or reduced motion.  Used with Swedish massage.  Acupressure and trigger point may also be used.

Myofascial -- Addresses body's connective tissue structure.  Employs very slow, light and consistent pressure and stretching of tissue coupled with client movements.

Sports Massage- This kind of therapeutic massage considers the impact of certain activities on specific joints, muscle groups, tendons, ligaments, and soft tissue groups. 

Hot Stones -- Application of hot or cold stones for the purpose of changing physiological responses occurring in the body.  Increases circulation, relaxes spasms, deeply therapeutic, very relaxing.  (special space requirements and precautions)

Couples-- Need 48-72 hours notice for scheduling. Rates will depend upon location and time preference(60, 90, or 120min). Contact for rate.

**Note:  A typical session will focus on a specific area in addition to full body reset, however to fully address any issue, a number of sessions may be indicated**
